"Sehr schöne, neue und gepflegte Unterkunft.
Service, Essen und Unterkunft haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Vor allem der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet.
Das einzige, das unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz getroffen hat, war der Strand.
Aufgrund der Korallen gestaltet sich das Baden schwierig und wegen dem Müll auf Nusa Penida wird dort auch viel Müll angespült.
Man kann aber ganz gut schnorcheln gehen."

"This property has great potential. Location is gorgeous, rooms are spacious and the property is expansive. However, a few things were a complete let down. Despite being the only guests on the property, our room was still not ready by the time we showed up at 3 PM and the shower handle broke.
By the time we returned from our day at 9 PM, the room was still not ready and so we decided to switch rooms. The new room was adequate, but throughout the night the electricity kept cutting in and out,...

"Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing.
The room did not feel properly cleaned when we checked in. The bedsheets looked as if someone had already slept in them, and there were several visible hairs on the bed, including both short hairs and longer strands of hair. There was also a noticeable black handprint on the bedding.
The bathrooms were not much better. There was hair all over the inside of one of the drawers, along with rubbish that had clearly not...

"The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/...

"WOW! This place is just amazing! Its like having your own private island with your private villa on top of a little hill and 360 degrees panorama! With your private little secluded beach and boat!! The villa itself with its designish look and incredibly layout is breathtaking, the views, the sunrise and sunset are unbeatable.
