"Very professional staff. Very quick response regarding requests for the room. Absolutely will stay again. Parking was interesting as the ramp was under construction and very easy to drive in circles. Parking areas were not very well marked as to which direction to go for a specific level or exit."

"This hotel is located in a suburb, yet they charge $30/night for self-parking. My keycard did not open the gate as I was told it would, and since the entrance gate was stuck open, others used the same lot for free that I was charged for. Overall, room was updated and clean, but the bathroom fan was quite loud and needs replacement. Staff was polite, but not overly welcoming."

"I suspect units are different but my unit was terrible. The Bluebird staff did not reply let alone fix the issues. Water was not hot, just a little warm, property had a hole in the wall, broken chair, broken lamp shade, broken venetian blind,
Wi-fi log in was incorrect and the staff never provided the correct site and password. Basically just a bed. "
