"Last minute overnight stay due to a cancelled flight. Property was busy checking in a long line of cruise ship employees. They quickly opened up another registration window and checked the other guests in. "Great airport shuttle services. Those guys really are going above and beyond to ensure that hotel guests have transport even during crowded times. We ate at the bar, and the food was fine but the drinks were weak. The reception staff member on duty when we checked in was tired (slow check-in). But the most surprising thing was this huge unused space in the center of the hotel that once must have been a large indoor swimming pool and now is ... nothing.
