"We stayed for a few nights at Balmoral on York, in a Premier Queen Room. Room was okay - slightly outdated but clean, and comfortably sized. You can open the window which is handy for fresh air circulation, but there is no flyscreen. Location wise is really great. Very close to city centre - walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars. Free parking space is a fantastic added bonus - there were plenty when we were there. "I stayed for seven nights at the Launceston Central Apartment Hotel, which is close to the shopping area and convenient for public transport. Communication with the staff was excellent and both check in and check out went smoothly. The accommodation offered a clean room, a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, and a laundry facilities. The room temperature worked fine for me, so I did not use air conditioning. I did not drive, so I did not use the car park."
