"The staff were very friendly, and welcoming as soon as we got there. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all of them were friendly. There was a day where the hot water didn’t work, but the staff was very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade to checkout later than our original time. The restaurant next to the lobby had a pretty tasty breakfast. Overall was a pleasant experience and when we return to Seattle, we will definitely use this hotel again."

"The staff is exceptional, the vibes are vintage, but very well maintained, and there’s a fantastic bar and dining area. I was traveling with my mobility challenged mother, and we felt well taken care of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Upon check-in Mannie upgraded us to a beautiful corner room. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they were very sweet to our dogs even providing us poop bags. And on top of it all they served wine during happy hour. The neighborhood is full of fun restaurants and bars. We loved our experience here!"
