"The room was very nice but the shower had mold all around the bottom. The bathroom had motion sensor switches and the lights went off when I was showering. This is dangerous! They have a wonderful restaurant in the hotel but there is no place for a good cup of coffee. We love the Saratoga area and will be back."

"The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was noticeable filth in the shower and on the floor. We made reservations for a sit down breakfast to arrive and them tell us they switched it to a buffet style breakfast the morning of. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. We received massages during our stay. I think she just rubbed in the oil onto my skin for 50 minutes. It was the worst massage Iāve ever received."

"I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , āit was a heated poolā, it was freezing! "The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The water view was very relaxing. They had a variety of food for breakfast, which made you feel like you were in an all inclusive resort. I would definitely stay again in this hotel."
