"Terrible experience all the way around. The approval and check-in process through the Landing app was time-consuming and frustrating. Once my account was confirmed, it completely disappeared. We had no way of knowing who to contact. After that, communication was poor, manager nonresponsive, and the unit was not stocked with any necessities for our two night stay, like toilet paper (c’mon!), trashcan liners, soap, shampoo. The water in the kitchen was shutoff, there was a moist bathmat, a toy...

"The unit met our expectations
The garage staff were very friendly and helpful
The location was excellent, there are many different venues nearby.
The only drawbacks were only one person had access to open the gate into the garage and accessing the unit. It’s a very inconvenient situation when there are multiple people staying in the unit. The garage gate would struggle to open at times.
Parking is very limited. "

"We saw a cockroach in kitch. The house is old, but is it fine. That’s a ranch experience. Nice dark sky for star watch. But during daytime, we didn’t see any horsed or cattle as expected. Check in and check out is no touch self-service. The instruction from the host is clear and easy to follow. They provided big size breakfast pack to go. We eat them for two days. I appreciate that."

"There were no facial tissues in the unit that I could find.
The Kuerig coffee unit was cantankerous. The dishwasher did not want to start, so I asked the owner to look at it.
The living room table was of thin metal and acted a bit like a drum, which was weird."
