This is an amazing hotel, centrally located in Menteng Jakarta. The staff go beyond what I'd expect, they are amazing and go out of their way to ensure that you're comfortable and happy. Rooms are enormous and extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Good hotel convenient for our purpose

I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The room in 18th floor was spacious and clean. The big gym had enough equipments and looked new. Pool on 8th floor was small but it was nice to chill out. Everything is perfect. I didn't really try the breakfast, so I couldn't comment. But location of the hotel was very strategic. Overall, an excellent experience and will definitely choose Citadines Sudirman Jakarta for my next city stay. 1 bed exec room was very spacious for my 13 nights, and good value. Serviced every day and cleaned to a very high standard. Amenities were good. Location walking distance from Lotte Mall very convenient. Most importantly, staff were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay.

The reception gave me a free upgrade for my stay which was very nice of them. I guess it is because it is a new hotel that just open last year and I could say that the room was modern and clean. Staff was super friendly. The price is also very reasonable comparing with other hotels in the vicinity.
