"I’m going to start with what I liked. The arcade and free breakfast were great. Rooms were clean but need updating. At check in I was suppose to get a 2 queen bed room and was given a 2 full size. The beds were hard as a rock and I have bursitis in both hips and could barely roll over with 2 adults in a full size bed. Needless to say I had 2 sleepless nights. The pools were good but the outdoor pool closed way too early at 6pm. I would like to be reimbursed for the price difference of the queen...

"Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy."
