"Everything was lovely and we enjoyed all the hotel had to offer. I hope to be back soon. The only uncomfortable situation was a women bartender in the lounge. She had no personality, no eye contact when speaking to us, no thanks after bill was paid. It was obvious she did not want to be there and was not appreciative of any customer. We never complain of the prices when we are treated like a valued customer."

"The hotel is Clean and the room size is big. Think to note: they do valet only parking for hotel Guest, wifi was spotty during our stay but worked well in gym. They also only Clean the room every 3 days. We dont mind that but they Need to give Coffee for 3 days Gym is Nice and open 24 hours with your hotel key If you can get the room for $100-$120 per night you Will be Happy with your stay. Within Walking distance there is a McDonald, a kfc and an ihop "

"My stay with friend was terrific. I love that it was non smoking hotel. The lobby smelled wonderful. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable. The only part of room I’d change, is bathroom door is a barn style. Not my preference as it swayed a bit making noise and limits privacy. Service was quick to respond to any needs. "

"The bed was comfortable (on the softer side). Room was clean and cleaned daily. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Received 2 free drink vouchers. Pool is great, has cabanas available. Breakfast is tasty but on the pricier side. Overall a great stay. 5 minute walk to old downtown Pasadena which has many dining options."

"Convenient location to Old Pasadena and shopping and restaurants, easy access to LA freeways. There is something wrong with the sewage stack, however; every once in a while our bathroom would smell terrible, through no effort in our part!"

"This is mine and my family’s second time staying bay this property. It is great staying here. The sat is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Love that it is in a great area with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance. When there isn’t a concert or something major going on it can be an affordable property to stay at. I will continue to book this property when visiting my son in Pasadena."

"Hotel lacks a "business center" -- has only one public computer and printer and no place to work. Many cheaper hotels have much better."

"We asked for a pool view and got a rooftop view with the pool in the distance. Unsure if they had a curfew on the pool but people were still drinking and partying until after 2 in the morning. For this price point they should have had coffee makers in the room. Seemed like they uncharged for everything. "

The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The rooms were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment after a long day of activities.
