"Came all the way from the UK, we’ve had an amazing stay. The staff are very friendly and speak English which helps if your Korean isn’t great, the cleaner is very friendly and greeted us every time we see her! Room is cleaned everyday and fresh water and towels are put out too. Facilities within the room and bathroom are amazing too! Will definitely be returning to South Korea!"

"코엑스에 볼일이 있어 방문. 차를 가져갔지만 대중교통이용해서 가도 편리할듯합니다.주차장은 협소해요.우선 위치가 너무 좋았구요 코엑스.현대백화점이 바로앞이라 이용이 편리했고 루프탑바가 있어서 밤에 맥주한잔하기도 좋았어요 더운날이었지만 야외가 그닥 덥지않아 늦게까지 야경구경했어요. 도로 공사중이라 소음걱정했는데 객실에선 전혀 들리지않았네요.낮에 나가있기도 해서인가 불편함 못느꼈어요."
