"If you would like a clean and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Kolkata, this is your place."

"Clean room, courteous staff and good food. "

"Gopal our housekeeping person was excellent and always helped us. Hotel however has many problems such as low toilet flush pressure, low water pressure in shower, even though we were three people in 2 rooms check-in person refused to give us 2 keys for the double occupancy room - that meant we always had to ask for access. Overall is fine for short stay but not the best for long 2 week stay like ours. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful so no issues on that"

"Property is not well maintained. But staff very friendly and helpful"
