Room small
The room was quite small so you would t want to be spending too much time there.
Facilities were fine , breakfast fine!
I think a over priced for what you get!
Pros:
1. Good room dining experience.
2. Polite dining staff.
3. Timely food delivery in the room and food cleanup.
4. Checkout experience was smooth.
5. Room cleaning staff was polite and helped me enter the room when I got locked out.
Cons:
1. Denied newspaper service by the housekeeping staff all of a sudden during my stay for no reason :).
2. The mirror, floor and some bed sheets in the room had stains (see attached pictures). Expected more clean/newer facility .
3. One of the housekeeping staff walked into the room without getting permission from me. I found it unacceptable. Better housekeeping staff training might help.
4. The room key got disabled for no reason during my stay and I got locked out. Never happened to me in a good hotel before.
5. Lastly, the check-in experience was slow and painful. People were jumping the line like in Indian railway stations. It was crowded and there was no one to take our luggage into the room (apparently the only guy was on lunch break). The luggage showed up about 30 mins later after we called the reception multiple times. Would be good to have a better check-in process specially when the reception is crowded during peak hours.
