"Roost Tampa is the ultimate hotel when staying in Tampa. It offers a magnificent stay with all of the amenities of a luxury condo. The Water Street location offers great proximity to everything in walking distance. To top it off, the staff is amazing, especially Ms Ashley & Ms Betsy at the front desk. "

"The hotel staff were very patient and friendly! They answered my questions and were kind even when I forgot my room key card twice. The room was clean as they do a daily service and it is a comfortable room! "

"Loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself has a very nice restaurant and bar with a cafe as well. Our room was large and very well maintained. Other than hearing the traffic outside the room was quiet. Perfect location for walking to and from destinations. If you didn’t want to walk the hotel offers a free shuttle service up to 3 miles which we utilized. Only downside was having to pay $40 a day for valet service which wasn’t an option. Would definitely recommend staying here."
