I was at property for weekend. Had concert to go to so was not going to be in room a lot. However, my first day the staff at front desk was not very friendly. The bartender in restaurant was helpful and kind. I received a smoking violation under door the next morning. I didn’t smoke. I went to front desk because I’m not paying $300 for something I did t do. Spoke with the supervisor, whom was rude and stated that the device was 99% accurate. I asked what would cause it to go off if knowing it wasn’t smoke. She stated the shower steam could. So not accurate. Did take bill off. I also stated at that time that the shower was not working properly, awful water pressure and hard to change settings on nozzle due to hard water build up. Also the tv did not work. Which even the gentleman who came could not fix it. I have always heard such great things about Hilton hotels but this was awful and don’t plan to do it again.
