"Loved this hotel! Would have been an easy 5stars without a few little quirks. Our coffee cups were dirty and the coffee machine didn’t work, as well as the headboard being dusty. Just minor things. But there was good coffee in lobby, and staff were lovely. Would stay here again easy. "

"Hotel room was beautiful and staff were super kind. Really enjoyed for our stay in Portland. Only note: there is a shelter across the street, which leads to some mentally unstable folks sitting outside while they are waiting for beds and such and they can get loud. Lobby locks after 10 or 11 and none of them seemed actually threatening, so safety not really a concern, but just be prepared for the surrounding area and noise, the windows don’t block a lot of noise."

"Absolutely our new favorite place to stay. The staff is top notch. We even received a small pet packet with a toy, treat, poop bags, and stuffed animal. We loved the vibe of the hotel, it was clear all are welcome and safe. The only very small suggestion would be to improve the breakfast. But this was minor considering everything other wonderful part."

"Staff was key to making this trip so nice. Thanks Jess, Wesley, and Ginger! Room was nice, roof top was sweet. The cleanliness and facilities I think were nice but only slight bummer was the shared microwave can get a little dirty depending on the other guests. Also, the walls are understandably hotel thin so could hear next room opening drawers and of course when the cleaning service is going on."
