"Breakfast was the only good thing about our stay. We had no heating. When we told them they said there was an issue and were working on it but weren’t told when we checked in which I thought was disappointing. There was no phone in room so had to find the number to call and when we did they said they’d sort out a heater. No heater arrived so when we went to dinner we told them and they asked if we wanted it dropped off I. The room or pick up on our way back we said to drop it in room,...

"Great room and hotel, easy self check in very straight forward. the corridor outside our room room 146 hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in at 3pm, empty bottles, clusters of balloons, glasses all stacked boxes on the floor, rubbish etc and was still there when we checked out in the morning, just a bit of an eyesore when going in and out the room. Great service at the bar and the room was great."

"There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything.
The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used.
The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm."

"Unique and fun hotel, room had nice decor, only a couple of minor things like one of the water glasses was definitely not clean and there were a couple of stains on the bedsheet. 50% off Pepper street car parking also really good!"
