"Great location and this is my favorite Kansas City hotel but i didn’t get a shower cap because a hospitality kit was not provided. There wasn’t a coffee machine or kettle provided, though I asked twice at the reception. No mugs either. And room service was skipped for almost 2 days until I asked. "We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend."

"Was unaware this property is in foreclosure and changing hands, but the staff was excellent and helpful. The restaurant was well run with very good food and reasonable prices. The outdoor pool deck could use attention, and the pool was freezing cold so we didn’t get in. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the Plaza, so we sat outside morning and evening.
