"I had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff were delightful and quick to help. My room was well equipped for a business visit with good working space and wifi, as well as being comfortable, quiet and had a great view towards the beach and sea. I used the gym, ate breakfast and had coffee from the coffee bar - all very acceptable. It has my recommendation"

"The administration (and reception) was horrible.
I paid for my stay when I booked through Hotels.com, but I was charged again when I checked in. I should have been more careful, but I paid.
I noticed this double payment after returning home and contacted the hotel. Their response was slow, and they never admitted the fault and refused to refund.

"It was a wonderful experience overall. The staff were very kind, the food was excellent (though expensive, which we expected for Cox’s Bazar), and we appreciated the free car service. We also didn’t face any hidden charges.
