"From check in to check out, staff was great! Friendly and welcoming desk staff and attentive customer service. Our room was adorable and more than expected (especially after having read some of the reviews)! The pools are great, games in the backyard are fun and the bar was good. My ONLY wish - that the kitchen area had little more lighting and I think it would be helpful if there was some sort mat or rug as you walk i to the room (to help lessen dirt/sand into room). "The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Staff very helpful inviting and courteous. Breakfast and restaurant are very good exceptional service. The shuttle for downtown is extremely valuable and convenient. That alone saves a lot. I would recommend the DoubleTree anytime to anyone looking to have luxury and value."

"The room was dirty the carpet was nasty the room smelled and the sheets had brown stains on them as well as the couch had stains everywhere on it the room wasn't what I expected. I will not be going back and they only suppose to have refund me 50.00 dollars that never happened and they try to move too a regular room instead what I originally paid for not a great place to stay that's my opinion"
