"No wifi available, which was very disappointing. The gas heater turned off regularly (every 15 mins or so) and had to turned on again so the room was not continually cosy and warm. There was a reverse cycle air conditioner but that was not sufficient to heat the room for Winter temperatures. There was very little reception for the TV so not all channels were available. "The staff are lovely and check in is quick and efficient. We have stayed 3 times as a family for our yearly conventions and always book a well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Kitchenette with dishwasher and basic utensils/tools for cooking. Full size fridge. Full size shampoo/conditioner & bodywash in showers. Beds are big and comfy. Secure basement parking is an additional cost but not expensive. If you need additional towels, dishwashing powder ect.. the staff there are happy...

"Andrew is the perfect host. The cottage was thoughtfully equipped, clean and in a lovely quiet location amongst nature. The breakfast supplies were generous and delicious!"
