"We have stayed at Emeline multiple times throughout the years. Our first few stays after the opening were wonderful, the last few ones have been hit or miss. We didn't have a big issue this time but have been disappointed by the quality of the service and the cleanliness, or lack of. We booked a suite for 3 people with one king bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed didn't have any bedding or pillows so we asked the reception to send housekeeping. When we got back to the room, the sofa bed was open...

"The room was clean but very very small - almost just big enough for a bed and small table. We did notice inconsistencies in room servicing from day to day. Different or missing towels and on one occasion we tracked down someone to give us additional shower containers. The hotel provides daily breakfast bags to each room. These contained baked goods, an apple and banana. One thing to be aware - the hotel charges a daily "lodging amenity fee" of $20. We were not aware of this until we saw...

"Nice hotel. The staff is excellent. My only disappointment was that while the rooms are spacious, there is not an adequate table and chair to work from. The only via option was a sofa table with a very small and low stool. "
