"A gem! Located in the historic Grandview District, this property was a wonderful find. Our cottage was beautifully finished and had a separate kitchen and living area. The best part for us was the pool - we had it all to ourselves! Felt like we were at a private resort. Walkable to the lovely Hive café for breakfast and lunch. If you want to “see and be seen “in Palm Beach, this isn’t your place. But all of those things are only 5 to 10 minutes away. For us, it was perfect."

"Nice, renovated rooms. Great restaurant at the beach. Warm pool. In the night it was noisy, we were at the bottom floor near the elevator and the doors don't block the noise.. So I woke up a few times because of that. I'd recommend to ask for a room in an upper floor to avoid that."
