"We arrived really in the morning and got greeted by a youn man,unfortunately I forgot his name . He is normaly on the reception at night. He was welcoming and saw we where all very tired . He offered us a early check inn. The rooms was cleaned every day ,fresh towels, bootkes of water and refilled coffee/tea. What mafe our stay so comfortable was the gentleman at the reception who checked us in early in the morning."

"My billing issue which was resolved immediately along with an apology note and a bowl of mixed fruits. It was a truly generous gesture. Any complaints was attended to spontaneously. "The staff were very helpful, my room bath hot water was not working called reception and they sent the maintenance guy in less than 2 minutes and he was able to resolve the hot water issue.
