"The hotel rooms are located around an inner atrium. There is nightly loud music in the atrium that is clearly audible in the rooms. The music is annoying and continues till at least 10pm, but often well past. I called and complained but nothing was done. It's not clear why the music is loud and goes so late given that I could see the bar area from my room and there were non patrons at all.
There is also only one elevator bank putting many of the rooms quite far from the elevators.

"The property itself is nice and our room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly except we forgot toothpaste and asked the front desk if they had any. They didnt and said theyd send someone up to our room with some, and we waited for awhile and gave up and went and bought some. It was inconvenient. The location of the hotel was good, however and we were able to walk to nearby stores/starbucks/sallys apizza."
