This is a new hotel in an excellent location. The room was spotless. The staff was courteous. The area was great. We enjoyed our business meetings and look forward to return.
Kind and easy staff, very clean rooms. The rooms seemed a little smaller than I'm used to, outside of New York City, and our fridge wasn't working properly, but overall a great experience and will surely be back next time I'm in town.
Great stay, thank you. From when we arrived, we had a pleasant experience. The Inn is in a beautiful location, and the staff is very welcoming. The rooms are extremely nice. We would highly recommend to our friends and family.

Front staff was courteous, nice touch was the free snacks at the front desk and ample parking space. Also great location to shopping. The rooms however was dated. Heating wasn't consistent (areas of the room was cold), beds were lumpy, bathroom sink had a leak and the mini fridge smelled.
Fun New England type Inn that consistently provides great comfort and attention to detail - all offered at an affordable rate. The Norwalk Inn has been my first choice destination in lower Connecticut gor the last 13 years. The staff is great - Alfredo on check-in and Martha for F&B. Great value!
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. They gave us a complimentary upgrade for our room, which was beautiful. We will definitely be staying there again.
