"Exceeded our expectations."

"Great experience. Valet was helpful when we arrived explaining self parking."

"The room was super. The spa was wonderful! Breakfast was hot and yummy. I especially enjoyed the manager reception where we all ate our fill and didn’t have to go out looking for a restaurant to have supper."

"Always like to stay here when I come through. I know I’ll get good quality every time."

"The hotel was a lot older than I expected"

"Not happy at all with the customer service in the bar area, or the lack there of. We were never greeted after standing there for about 7 minutes. No one ever cam out from the back in that time frame for us or anyone else. We also complained about the filthyness of the tables on our 10/2/26 stay and told them we had already book for 10/16/26. We went back and the tables in the bar area were sstill the same and had not been cleaned."

"Amazing hotel no amenities though everything else was very nice"

"Beautiful property. We enjoyed the food & the light shows in the Grand Hall. We also enjoyed riding the St. Louis Wheel & visiting the Aquarium. The “Whispering Wall” caught our attention as well."
