"Property location is great so a central “hub”. It is rather busy in the area being right off of Times Square and in the theater district. It was perfect for our short stay as we were close to our show. Walking distance to Central Park and Rockefeller Center. They were also able to hold our luggage for us after check out since we had a later flight so we were able to explore the city without hauling our stuff around with us. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Very convenient! Clean rooms! Smelled amazing! Staff wondered esp Raquel when checking in she let us know everything surrounding us and how to get there, gave us our WiFi password, and told us we could text if we needed anything from the hotel 24/7 to just reply.
