"Had problems with room door sticking. Maintenance called twice. Second time he showed a unique. way to bypass the problem. Why not just fix the door?
Booked city view. Could be a nice view if the window want filthy.
Was very convenient to Lenox Mall.

Initial impression is the hotel is dated and lobby dark. It would benefit from a refurbishment. However It is clean and the rooms are spacious and bright.
