"I paid extra for a suite expecting a quieter, more premium experience, but unfortunately this was one of the noisiest hotels I’ve stayed in.
My suite was on the ground floor with a terrace overlooks a construction site one side and a strip club the other, with construction noise throughout the day. "Pros:
-Mini Kids Camp Staff was amazing! 3x a day they take your kids and ours had a blast. Best part of the resort were those staff members! Big shout-out!
-Lots of beach chairs/ pool chairs, pools for kids and adults. Waterslide was fun!
-Food available all day, pretty decent but not world class.
-Complimentary drinks in room/ storage in room.
-Nearby car rental & great prices

"Overall good. Decent room with a nice balcony, comfortable bed. The pillows were too high and hard for me but I managed to sort it out. There was a bit of dust on the bedside lamps and some marks on the bedside tables. The bathroom needs attention. Quite a lot of grime and limescale, mirror ledge needs renovating, shower heads were rattling as if they were about to fall apart. So the room ok, the bathroom not so much. Breakfast was decent, location is good, staff were friendly."
