"We had to be moved to another unit because of HVAC issues.
The apartment was great aside from that (and the one we were moved to was also great) and the value was great.
One star deducted because the communication process that was required to make the switch and generally get it dealt with was cumbersome and inconvenient, with the property management, local Landing management, and the Landing phone hotline all being less-than-perfectly coordinated (especially after hours/over the weekend),...

"Room was okay. The gates to the property are not well managed and the automation of codes is not compatible to bookings through Expedia. Also, the TVs don’t work well likely due to router constraints. When prices properly. the rental can be a fair value."
