"The location of the State Hotel could not be better. It is just steps from the Pike Place Market. The hotel has a boutique hotel vibe and has nice contemporary decor. The staff at the front desk were more than helpful. The room was clean, with nice natural light and a large bathroom. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it was more than adequate for the two of us. I do wish that it had a small refrigerator, but we were able to get drinks from the bar to bring up to our room. I...

I also wish they allowed you to take the breakfast to your room instead of having to sit downstairs and eat it. They could avoid having people stand in line if they allowed the breakfast to be to go.
