"The property is beautiful. Service is slow in the restaurant and a very limited menu. The staff in the main building were not very knowledgeable about the property so we had to figure out a lot on our own. The spa was lovely and services excellent."

"Enjoyed our stay. Got a complimentary upgrade for an anniversary. My only issue was the pool area. Went to swim kinda late, 8pm ish and it was completely dead and dark, very creepy. We only stay one night so we endured it to enjoy the amenities but please get some more light or a late staffer."

"Very frustrated about being on the third floor and no elevator, but I did appreciate that it was a gated apartment complex"

"This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer."

"The room was nice and quiet. We went in February so the grounds were not green or blooming, but it was still a beautiful location to spend our Anniversary. The food was outstanding. "
