"The property itself was good, good location. The problem I had was we left the room on Saturday and let the cleaning people know we didn’t need our room cleaned. We only needed them to leave us towels. Before leaving our room I hung my pajamas on the back of the bathroom door and a towel was hanging in front of it. "It was nice to have a separated bedroom. Great A/C to cool down. Plenty of space for an air mattress so the kids didn't have to share a fold out couch. Lots to do nearby."

"The breakfast was enjoyable and we liked the room amenities. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in/out was easy. But, the hotel itself feels old and needs a good cleaning/updating. The room and hall carpets smelled musty, our blanket had stains on it, the furniture had heavy scuff marks on it, there were stains in the bathroom that just made it feel grungy and unclean. The price was good, but I'd probably take my chances with a different hotel next time."

"Room was okay, seemed to be occupied by extended stay. Mistakenly booked smoking king (which there was a notation of additional 200 deposit) asked to change to king non smoking was informed that would be an upcharge so had to go to double queen non smoking. Asked about ice machines and was informed non were working. Breakfast was minimal. An ok stay but will not book again."

"Todo muy bien"

"The room was spacious and clean. We ordered a chicken fried steak and a BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger, and both were phenomenal! While we stayed on a Thursday, I'd love to return and stay Fri/Sat when there is live music. Startz Cafe was recommended for breakfast, and we were not disappointed. Just make sure to take cash, as they are a cash only establishment."

"Check in was 3pm we werent able to get our room till 4:30pm. We called for more towels and front desk told us no we had to go downstairs to get them because they only had 1 person at the desk."

"The elevator was slow and sounded like it was on its last leg. The ice machine on the second floor wasn't working so I had to go to another floor to get ice. The breakfast was just okay. There were two trees near the entrance infested with many birds, and if you parked your car under those two trees your car was covered with bird poop. The room was very clean and smelled fresh! Check-in and checkout was very smooth, quick, and easy."

"upon arrival i got a cup of coffee from the coffee station and i told the desk clerk that the coffee was cold. He responded that was done many hours ago and that i could warm it up in my room inn the microwave oven!!!!! the irony is that my room had the microwave oven missing hahaha! in the morning i got in the shower to realize that the shampoo and the body soap bottles were empty!!!! there was conditioner in the third bottle. on check out i told the clerk, he did not even bother to look...

"Perfect location"

"Front desk people were nice, but the bathroom didn’t get cleaned from customers prior to us, dirty rag was left, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap was left in shower. The rest of the room looked like it had been cleaned (hopefully) not just put together meaning clean sheets and not just bed being made. Didn’t think I had to look at the shower before the next morning upon getting in."

"There was a power outage in San Marcos which delayed our check in. When we finally got checked in we had to move rooms from an upper floor to a lower floor because the elevators were not working. I was quite surprised that the hotel did not have a back up generator. The new room we were in there was body hair throughout the restroom and a potato chip underneath the bed. Luckily this was a one night stay for us."

"I was extremely happy with my stay. When I walked in my room it was very clean and smelled so good. Not sure what they use to clean, but it smelled fabulous! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
