the rooms are excellent and very clean the only draw back is the lighting is terrible! Its hard to see to get ready for an evening out. "The guy that checked me in was okay. The lady that checked me out was outstanding. She was very nice and professional. I met one of the managers on the elevator she was very nice. I love her and the lady that checked me out customer service. They are not friendly people. I had wanted to try a different hotel. BAD CHOICE!!I’m always going to the Hyatt or Marriott. They don’t have to worry about me again because I am NOT coming back."

The Hotel is being renovated right now, but is expected to be completed by August. Even with the construction going on now the Hotel was still very clean and accommodating."
