"I’m a single mom that treated herself to a staycation. For the most part, everything was perfect, BUT one of the things I wanted most and why I paid to stay a second night was so I could sleep in. Even with the do not disturb, the housecleaning came in TWICE! Not once but TWICE! I was so angry, because then I was up and I had been sleeping so hard. I was able to check in early which was great. "The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay."
