"The room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. I was disappointed to see how long and how much food and trash were in the hallways. It was a great location with lots of history. We did not eat at the restaurant and the coffee shop was okay. It seemed to be always understaffed. I would stay again at a lower price point than what we paid."

"The property was clean ad the staff were helpful. The room was very nice and quiet. You are not forced to create an account to use the free WiFi, and check in time starts at 2pm, which isat least an hour earlier than other hotels. For the room I booked, there wasn't a microwave, and the bed was next to the wall so nightstand was on one side only. There wasn't socket to charge the phone by the nightstand."

"Great one night stay for a cruise departure. Room 313 over looks a roof top, so not the best view but we weren’t in the room much. Checkin was smooth. Location to Pike was ideal, and we used the Light Rail too which was a great location as well. Room was clean and quaint. TV was good, water pressure in the shower was the only low point, room for improvement. 10 out of 10 would stay again! "

I have paid less for a breakfast buffett at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville!"
