"Large and comfy apartment for our family, we find it great value in Saigon. Staff is great, friendly and attentive. Close to grocery store and walking distance to some restaurants. Need to take cab/shuttle to most tourist places and bars in district 1. The only minus about this place is food at the hotel restaurant is not so good, we ate outside."

Property was clean and in good condition - had games room, pool table, foosball table and table tennis table for entertainment within the accommodation. Room service was good - staff were friendly and accommodated to requests even when late at night. Ordered room service once and the food was good - affordable and came in pretty decent portion. "

"This is our 2nd stay after it reopened from renovation. Much much better compares to the old one (though it was good too). Very cozy and nice room. Breakfast and afternoon tea are provided with a good spread of choice. All staff are well dressed, cheerful and courtesy. Overall I think it worth the value. "

"I would recommend this hotel, we stayed 5 nights and nothing went sideways. The room was like the photos, clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice. Just be aware that the gym was located in a bedroom and it had one treadmill, one climber and a few weights. Not really a gym feeling. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the same for all 5 days, so don’t expect a variety. The hotel is nicely located, close to all major attractions, walkable. "Overall the Hotel was ok. Our room unfortunately smelled like sewer and we needed to keep the air-condition on full scale to keep the smell tolerable. Overall service was poor the concierge was not able to understand English. Reception did not even bother to ask how our stay was when checking out. Breakfast was average, they had a manager only to take notes at the breakfast buffet, but missed out to provide a good service to the client."
