"Staff was welcoming at registration and departure as well as valet. Enjoyed the fireplace and game selection. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Having a restaurant adjacent helpful on a very cold and windy night."

"The room was great and the event held there was fantastic. However, the bartender in the lounge was completely overwhelmed and started to get very rude with customers. Also paid for breakfast with the room but never received the free breakfast - we were charged. The hotel itself was absolutely great which is why I am not giving 1 star - but when having a large event the planning of staffing and the breakfast deal should have been planned out better."
