"We stayed here for my kids birthday wee in April 2026. For 5nights costing 2100$
While everything is great what really bothered me was poor housekeeping .
You hike the whole day come tired and your rooms are not cleaned .
They told us they will clean alternate days I said ok . But even then it was not.
If you’re charging 400$ a night the least you can do is have good housekeeping.
Spa was good . Kids play area great .
Food obviously expensive and very less to choose from . But they have a...

"Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills...

"The place wasn't ready for us, it was not clean at all ,toster broken, heater off , cold water in winter not even badic stuff in te kitchen , sorry but i don't want other people have my experience in this place. Nice place but they need to work on it slot
