"My stay at the Hilton Rockville DC was very disappointing.
• The bedsheets were dirty when I arrived
• The hotel system was down, which delayed check-in and basic service
• Customer service felt unhelpful and slow to respond
• Amenities were limited compared to what I expected
I expected a much better experience from a hotel at this level. Cleanliness and service should be the basics, not the exception. I hope management reviews these issues and improves the guest experience for future visitors....
