"Room price was great! Our room was huge with a separate living area and bedroom. I booked before noticing we had to pay for parking BUT there were many extras. They included a free breakfast buffet and happy hour each evening with 2 free drinks each. ( And happy hour also had snacks ) These added up to far more of a value despite the parking fee. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area again!"

The housekeeping head, Liz, went out of her way to retrieve my father's outfit and wallet when we left it after checkout. She promptly called me and left it with the reception when she found it. "Staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave hotel a 4 star opposed to a 5 star other guest dropped food all in the hall. Staff cleaned it up just that I actually seen the mess and do appreciate they came and cleaned it and not wait for the morning to get it up"

"The room was not very clean and all there was brown and white stains on the curtains the breakfast you had to go into the basement to get to and there was an employee they're telling us that that was all the eggs they had in that plate for 80 people she kept saying it and saying it to everybody so it made you not want to eat the breakfast but the air conditioner was good the staff was fairly friendly I would only use this place for a ASAP stay I do not recommend it for anything else"

"Besides me calling to let them know I would be arriving between 4-5 an I arrived a little after 5 the man at desk told me he canceled my reservation an closes the day out at 6 am mean while I had booked the room for 2 days so once I asked were can I get a room in the area because I drove over 6 hrs he decided to tell me I would have to pay and it would be an early check in fee which I didn’t understand stand when I had the room payed before I got there and called to tell them I was coming so I...

"I'll start with the good. The staff at the front desk were friendly, responsive and nice. Even a bit honest about the "continental breakfast" being sub par, but at least the coffee was hot. The rooms are woefully worn out and outdated. circuit breaker panels falling off the wall, AC doesn't work right, rooms smell of must and mildew, broken fire detection system, stains on furniture. The door security locks were broken and the blinds only closed part way as they were ripped and broken. ...
