The staff was great. The bathrooms were another story. The shower door didn’t hold back any water so the bathroom floor was wet/flooded our entire stay and the texture on the shower floor was very slippery.

We had a wedding and stayed here overnight. Although we were not in the room much, the beds were comfy and the room was very clean and bright. Staff was also very helpful.

The elevator wasn’t working for our entire stay and we were on the fourth floor. The bedroom was very dated and the bathroom had black grout which was also in the bedroom sink as well.

Property was ok. Thought it was overpriced . Had an early check in fee when we arrive 3 hrs early but room ready, I thought it was being cheap. Breakfast bar ok but limited selection for $$ we paid for the room

accidentally put us into a room that had someone sleeping in it. The staff were super nice though! The hotel itself didn’t seem super clean and I’m not sure if I would stay again or recommend it to others.

Room was bare bones but serviceable. The shower had no body wash. When I asked the front desk, they (politely) let me know they didn't have any. For the price, I would stay elsewhere.

Ashley at the desk was courteous and professional. She's dedicated to the mission of assuring everything from checking in to check is without incident. A great asset to your brand. The hotel is great and I will definitely stay there whenever I travel to Frederick in the future.

The container in the shower with body wash was empty. There was no ice bucket in the room, and no pen. The breakfast selection was OK, I guess, but somewhat disappointing in the number of items to pick from.

The staff, Andrew, was polite and courteous upon check in. Our room was very clean, but ended up being next to the ice machine and elevator which made for a VERY noisy night. Not sure why a room so close to those types of things is not more sound proof, engineering faux pas for sure! We enjoyed the hot breakfast, but it was missing simple things like pepper for the eggs and even something simple like honey for the coffee and tea that were available from the fancy machine. These wouldn’t deter us from staying again, but could easily be remedied.

This is a “dressed up” low level hotel. Well below normal IHG standards. The hotel was at least half empty. They evidently hadn’t checked the room: tv didn’t work and no soap in the shower. Also, the shower door was incorrectly installed, allowing water to pour onto the floor, and whoever picked out the bedside lights didn’t take into account that a normal person can turn them on or off while in bed. Cute concept; poorly executed.
