"The lobby was beautiful. The elevator, room corridor, and rooms were in need of remodeling. Damaged carpet, damaged walls, elevators not working, ice machines not working, room furniture needed update, mattress old and lumpy, toilet fixtures dripped, shower delaminating; remodel needed."

Good water pressure at least .. the food overall was mid too. the breakfast was just eatable so was the lunch. Dinner was non existent. When it came to room service anything we called for we basically had to go...

"No cups for the ice machine. The ice and water machine didn’t even work and you had to purchase your own container to put water in. We didn’t even know the hotel had vending machines until the second night of our stay. The staff was rude and not very friendly. The rooms are like closets and I didn’t receive the double bed I booked. The bed was almost the size of a twin bed. The shower head was broken and the water took a long time to get warm and never got hot. I couldn’t even open my suitcase...

"The hotel is in a very comvienient location. The facility is very nice, very clean and modern. Staff was vey helpful. The location can not be beat. Close to everything. There is a fantastic little restaurant just accross the street. The only minus is probably a plus: the place was very busy with travelers. Highly recomend the hotel."
