"The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. "We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The property itself was nice, and the staff responded promptly when issues were brought to their attention. Unfortunately, during our first two days we found multiple cockroaches in our room, which was extremely unsettling and not what we expected from a resort of this caliber.
