"Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but.... "Very well situated, near metro, cafes and shops. Friendly, helpful staff team. Open, airy, welcoming feel to the communal areas. A little noisy at times in my particular room, could hear various bangs and knocks around the hotel, possible due to being above the kitchen area and no carpeting in room to soak up the sounds. "We arrived to Copenhagen at 6:30am, the staff helped us store our luggage. We were able to check in a bit early because of availability, which was so lovely after our long trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable. We enjoyed refreshing in the sauna. The breakfast buffet was very good. It is a short walk to the central station and Tivoli Gardens, and many attractions. Bus stations to other areas are close by. Felt very safe and comfortable."

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Near everything but slightly quieter location. Very near to Tivoli and the train station. We had two rooms - one was smaller and faced the street but had air conditioning (essential while we were there). The other was larger with a sofa and small table with a large fridge and more space, faced the rear but no air conditioning. There were two fans provided in the room though but air conditioning would have been nice. There is a mini bar but you can move things...
