I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."

"The property was nice, but Travelocity states that they are pet friendly and that is not accurate, I made the mistake of showing up with my dog, without contacting them in advance (something that I have done many times at hotels that advertise as pet friendly and it has never been a problem) and the room I was in was not a dog room. "A very brief but lovely stay. Large rooms overlooking the Fulda and Werra rivers. Thank you to the friendly staff who were all to willing to help with our questions. Lovely town, full of half timbered houses."
