"The rooms are typical European smaller; but the worst part is the lighting in the rooms. Hard to see. The way was remodeled is uncomfortable the room & the bathroom. In the bathroom you hardly have a place to put your toiletries. Not closet. Not enough hangers. We aren’t coming back to that hotel."

"Saya membuat reservasi untuk 10 malam dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan 2 malam. Jadi total 12 malam. Namun, saya tidak mendapatkan sedikit "hadiah" seperti minum teh atau cake sama sekali. Menurut saya ini mengecewakan. Apalagi saya member dari Hilton Frequent Traveller. "

"We had a family room (3 beds) for one night. Yes, it’s a hostel, so no, it’s not a plush hotel. But for the cost, the place is great. Fantastic location and friendly staff. 3 comfy beds in a good size room, and an en-suite with a great shower. A TV in the room, which we could use BBC iplayer on fine, and somewhere to get some food if you needed. What’s not to like."

"We booked what we expected to be a quality stay for our family of four. The host did not meet us at check in as offered in the email. She was available over the phone to assist with faded keypad and challenging entry system with a video. We had to carry 5 suitcases up 5 flights of stairs only to arrive to an extremely hot, tired flat. There was no pride in ownership or attempt to provide conveniences like fans in extreme London temperatures. I attempted to use the washing machine and had my...

"The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains."
