"Stayed here during a NASA work trip to Huntsville. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a business stay.
The Wi-Fi in my 5th-floor room was unreliable for the first three days and under maintenance for the last two days, making it difficult to work. Housekeeping did not consistently restock basic items such as facial wipes and bottled water. "Firstly room I reserved wasn't ready early as promised nor ready 15 minutes before check in. Room I got was dirty, my dog was eating popcorn fried chicken crumbs off stained rugs!! Furniture stained!! Food left in refrigerator!! Huge box of pizza bagels!! Lights blinking over a dated dirty microwave. Shower curtain so short (just a liner) water ran out onto floor. "The hotel is amazing!! Very beautiful and clean. We had an issue with not getting the room at 4pm as promised so we unfortunately had to wait longer. Also had an issue with the ac unit leaking water but maintenance fixed it up quickly. Overall I will say it’s a great place to stay at."

"Gave it 5 stars because it was nice for an overnight stay. The kitchen was not well equipped so for an extended stay it wouldn’t be adequate. Nice stove and kitchen area but 2 skillets is all there was to cook with"
