"It was right on the beach … front desk guy was rude the bartenders horrible and did not wash their hands"

"This was a very nice resort. We would definitely will revisit this resort again, the rooms were nice and the staff was real professional, We really enjoyed speaking with Paul each day at the pool area, We ate a snack one day at the pool area, it was good, but I think food and drinks were definitely over priced for what you get. But that's ok we loved the beach walking to the pier each day. The bikes were a big plus. Looking forward to the next visit"

"The rooms need to be inspected more often the sliding door was nearly falling off. Toilet was not seated properly and wobbly. The front was not as helpful nor informative enough. Cleaning was very fast and excellent."

"The breakfast was not worth being considered “breakfast included” My son accidentally left my youngest child’s diapers beside our car and the staff tried to say they were already thrown away, but would “look for them.” We watched an employee go and get them out of their car. "I really enjoyed my stay here and found this property to be an absolutely excellent value. The property is half a city block from the beautiful gulf shores and public beach access. The room was clean and very comfortable, and I could see the ocean from my balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast abundant. I wish I never have had to leave! "The hotel is in a great location with free parking. Just minutes from the beach. They had a good selection of breakfast foods, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, but there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. I did not find the staff all that friendly. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying there again in the future."

"I truly like the homey feeling, the staff was so friendly, supportive and made you feel at home. I spent time here last year also and the same staff was still there. I will go again. Aldi, walkable to Tropical Falls, dining and shopping."
